OOTD: Neutral Nudes

Good evening everyone,

I wanted to share with you my OOTD. I wore this very beige-ish neutral look on a rather cold day. I immediately regretted wearing what I did because I was so cold. I did not anticipated being that cold that but I guess it was okay because I felt I look presentable none the less. Still...my legs became numb and I was sure kicking myself in the butt when the sun set. Anywho! The dress was a bit loose so I decided to cinch it to create a more define waist with a contrasting belt. My accessories, I pretty much kept to a minimum which I tend to do anyways.  I was thinkin of wearing black opaque tights but I just didnt think it went well and would just overpower my rather ...'soft' look. IDK, what do you guys think? Can you really wear black tights or leggings with such a neutral look?
